We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item, please review the terms and conditions below.

Original works of art

You may return original works of art within 14 calendar days of receiving them.

The item being returned must:

• be in the same condition as when it was received;

• show no signs of use or damage;

• be returned in its original packaging or in packaging suitable for safe transport.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item and assessing its condition.

Print on canvas

Canvas prints are custom-made for each order.

In accordance with applicable laws, custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases where the item is defective or was delivered with damage caused during manufacturing or shipping.

Damaged or Incorrectly Delivered Items

If you received a damaged item or the wrong item was delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

Please attach the following to your email:

• order number;

• photos of the violation;

• a brief description of the situation.

In such cases, we will offer to replace the item or refund the money you paid.

Shipments sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
